Central Locality Hub
SmartCare has successfully delivered the Central Locality Hub on behalf of the Central Birmingham Locality, providing high-quality, same-day care for patients across the area.
The hub offered acute, same-day appointments, supported NHS 111 referrals, and delivered proactive care for patients needing timely access to clinical support outside of their usual GP practice.
Our team of experienced GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and healthcare professionals worked collaboratively to manage urgent cases, prevent unnecessary hospital attendances, and ensure patients received the right care at the right time.
