SmartCare have delivered a Community Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Service designed to help reduce waiting times and improve access to specialist care for patients across Birmingham.
Working in partnership with University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB), our experienced clinicians provide high-quality ENT assessments and treatments within community settings — helping patients receive the care they need closer to home.
This service was developed to support hospital waiting list pressures, ensuring patients with routine ENT conditions are seen promptly by qualified professionals without the need to attend secondary care.
